Tells how many tickets to buy. 5.) Tells troop who to wait for at church before we leave. Organization fot trips are organinzed with a Deadline: Wednesday before. 7:00 PM

Call the ASM in charge, or SM.. Send email.. Get verification the message was received. NOTE: Sending a message via a friend to be delivered in the parking lot is too late. *If a scout doesn't show up for a trip he signed up for the following will still apply:* If a patrol buys food for somebody on the list: He pays, whether he comes or not. If we are in the parking lot waiting for you, we will call your house, and not apologize for waking your parents at 6:30 AM on a Saturday morning. You can explain to them why. We know Emergencies happen...So call the ASM, SM. If someone consistently bails on a trip at the last minute, this will be taken into consideration when deciding who gets to go on trips with limited crews, like Sea Base, Philmont, and other high-adventure trips the troop is planning. Everything you do counts forever... Scouts remember your Scout oath!
