Why do we have signup sheets?
1.) Sets events into motion:
2.) Tells SMs how many drivers we need..
3.) Tells patrols how much food to buy..
4.) Tells how many tickets to buy.
5.) Tells troop who to wait for at church before we leave.
Organization fot trips are organinzed with a 
Deadline:  Wednesday before. 7:00 PM

******If we don't have enough drivers for the names on the list:****** ************We cancel the trip for everybody.************
*Things a scout must do if he is pulling out of a trip.* 1.) Call the ASM in charge, or SM.. Send email.. Get verification the message was received. NOTE: Sending a message via a friend to be delivered in the parking lot is too late. *If a scout doesn't show up for a trip he signed up for the following will still apply:* If a patrol buys food for somebody on the list: He pays, whether he comes or not. Deadline: Wednesday before. 7:00 PM Call the patrol leader. send email. Get verification the message was received. Sending a message via a friend to be delivered in the parking lot is too late. If we are in the parking lot waiting for you, we will call your house, and not apologize for waking your parents at 6:30 AM on a Saturday morning. You can explain to them why. We know Emergencies happen...So call the ASM, SM. If someone consistently bails on a trip at the last minute, this will be taken into consideration when deciding who gets to go on trips with limited crews, like Sea Base, Philmont, and other high-adventure trips the troop is planning. Everything you do counts forever... Scouts remember your Scout oath!
